Looks like the front end of an old 3-wheler, which were outlawed in the US. I know there were kits to convert them into a quad, but not a motorcycle, or was there?

Looks like a Honda fat cat. (or Yamaha big wheel)

Neighbors growing up had a pair of them. Fun things.

that would be a Yamaha Big Wheel. Though the TR200 from honda was similar . those things were fun as anything!

I don't know what it is but it kind of reminds me of a larger version of the first vehicle that I ever learned to drive. A Honda Trail 50.
